TOF designed and executed the course with the International Centre for Hydropower (ICH), Trondheim with a focus on governance and issues related to “Navigating Policies, Regulatory Compliance and Stakeholders for a Sustainable Energy Transition”. The course is financed by ICH, Norad and UNESCO. TOF contributed with design of the course in addition to delivering core lectures and guiding other presentations.
